Oftentimes it is easy to mistake failure to be an end; however, at Jubilate Academy, we cultivate a growth mindset. According to the Iceberg Illusion theory, success is a partnership between falling down and getting back up. Success comes from never giving up and understanding that everyone's journey to success is different.

For high school students without a growth mindset, failure early on in the semester can dictate their final semester grade. A true Jubilate Academy student will learn that failure only proves that one is trying to learn and that should never be looked down upon.

Through mentorship, students will be encouraged along their high school path as they encounter group projects, laboratory write-ups, benchmark assessments, and final examinations.
